Leaving WordPress?

It’s obvious that WordPress has already scraped my and everyone else’s blogs for content so that their AI Assistant can generate content in seconds without the “writer” having to know anything about a particular subject. The fact that this can now all be automated using deep artificial intelligence integration has made a complete mockery of what a blog site is supposed to be.

Humans sharing with other humans.

My blog site here has already been scraped by WordPress’s AI, as I demonstrated in a post two years ago.

With WordPress’s new deep artificial intelligence integration AI capabilities, it seems that humans are pretty much irrelevant in coming up with new blog posts, images, videos and other content. An entire blog site can be created in seconds, fully laden with content, posts, images and more. Anyone can write anything now using this platform without actually writing a thing.

For that reason, I am seriously considering leaving WordPress for good. I have already opened up a Substack page, and so please feel free to join me there. It’s free, and there are lots of different kinds of content already up there, with more to come.

If I do leave WordPress for good (and it’s most likely I will very soon), I will import the email addresses of my subscribers here on WordPress to my Substack blog site so that no one will be left out, and the continuation of my blogging site will be seamless and easy, just on a different platform.

It’s so sad because this blog has been going for nearly two decades, but with the increasing and now completely automated AI content written by bots, WordPress just isn’t what it used to be anymore. I hope that you all will understand.

AI has its uses in the world, but I feel this is going too far.

Now here is a picture of my cat depicting my own exact sentiments on this issue.
