This little tune has been knocking around in my head for the last few days, and I thought I should capture it in a recording. Photos were taken at Staverton Thicks, Suffolk, UK.
It’s wonderful. Now I can’t get it out of MY head. Tolkien would have called that a ‘Faerian drama’, a dream that some other mind is weavingβ rather than a dream of one’s own.
I love that!
This is lovely, Jo. The gentleness of the harp is the perfect instrument, though we both know Awen isn’t always so gentle.
Great composition. What instrument is this?
It’s a folk harp π

Awen isn’t, but the harp is a very forgiving instrument π
Lovely! As Lyle commented, it is going to be stuck in my head as well! π
There are worse earworms, I suppose π x
Beautiful images and music – lifted my spirit and made me smile! I really do love the harp music. Thank you!
Thanks, Martin – that’s very kind! x
