This is a new tradition that I am starting – to watch the absolutely gorgeous and stunning artwork of The Secret of Kells every year at this tide. If you haven’t seen it, I highly recommend it, not just for the beautiful animation but the story as well. My favourite animation film by far.
Blessings of the season,
Jo. x
Are you excited to see the new one?
there’s a new one???
Yup! It’s called “Song of the Sea”.
🙂
I can’t thank you enough for posting the trailer to this beautiful film. My husband and I visited Trinity College at the start of this month and saw the exhibition and the actual book itself. I knew that there was a successful animation film that had been made but never thought to watch it until now. Absolutely stunning! Thanks again!
P.S. I’m currently reading your Awen Alone book and will write a review of it on my blog. It is fabulous.
Hi CR – wow, I’d love to see that exhibition, but I won’t make it. Will keep an eye out for where it’s going next! And thank you so much for reviewing my book – please do leave and Amazon review as well, if you’d like! It’s greatly appreciated – awen blessings to you! xoxo
Hi!
I meant Trinity College Dublin (where the Book is housed) and I’m fairly sure their exhibition is permanent unless I missed something. As for your book, I’ll do both! No problem! Hope you’re having a lovely winter time! xx
Ah right – I shall have to visit Dublin then! I’ve been to Cork, and Shannon, but now I’ve got a very good reason to go to Dublin! Blessings of the season. x
